Performance training
We offer performance training to athletes of all ages and skill levels on a daily basis. Each session focuses on strength, speed, and biomechanics to increase an athlete’s ability to perform at the highest level. Our programs are designed daily to educate them on proper form, as well as muscle-mind connection, in order to prevent injuries and maintain physical condition throughout their season. The energy is unmatched!
1-ON-1 Personal TRAINING
We offer private, 1-on-1 sessions with each of our trainers. All of our trainers have an in-depth knowledge of how to get you to your end goal, whether that be pain relief, improved movement, weight loss, or weight gain. We also help you answer the question - why did you start your fitness journey? Your answer will give you the motivation to push yourself to reach your full potential.
Bounce Back Program
There is an increasing demand for elite 1 on 1 performance training at the high school and youth levels. Is your child suffering from lack of confidence because of an injury or a catastrophic event in the weight room, field, or court? We have found that gaining confidence happens off of the field and in the training realm. Whether your child has never touched a weight or simply wants to learn the ins and outs of our speed and strength program before jumping in one of our small group training sessions, this program is for you.
This program is designed for 3 weeks - 5 sessions long and gets you one on one training with one of our professional coaches. This program is built for athletes who are coming off an injury or being released from the bridge program as an option to build an understanding of the “why” and “how” to our strength and speed programs.
We also have specialized in kids who have issues connecting with large groups and social situations. Over the years we have had clients who don’t play sports but suffer from anxiety, depression, and asbergers who have come to know and love the community we have built here. We have numerous success stories of kids who are terrified to join groups who have spent time with a one on one coach for a few sessions and have never wanted to be without the group ever again.
